i have read every thread re: fixing compatibility issues in this corner and despite trying absolutely everything recommended i have not had Links working on any laptop i have purchased since windows XP. Done the voodoo thing, compatibility in properties, read things in here which might as well be in...

with a new name. i have set up a really easy qualifying season and once i reach inside the top 200 career rating i quit and start the season with new roster.bit of a hassle but it works.

i've seen no evidence of LIV keeping any stats on the players games as they compete.....driving distance average,putting averages etc.
i would still like to include the players into my career mode but with no stats and how to amalgamate them into the top 200 won't be easy.

Is it possible that these .csv files can be built into an upgrade so those of us using older machines can enjoy the program?

I noticed watching The Players Chp' that they have changed their trophy from the one i d/led some time ago.
Is anyone thinking of doing some updated trophies?

well i guess its back to dumping Links because i am still none the wiser.tks anyway.

tks for the reply.i don't think the nivida link applies to me althoufgh i have put all patchs in.my laptop runs an intel chip and video.i have extracted the files from voodoo 1 and put them anywhere i can in the Links program file but to no avail.i know i must be doing something wrong.running window...

hello.returning linkster with my new laptop (win 10) and i have this sky issue.have d/led and put into the Links folder the voodoo 1 program but still no joy.the above link to a related topic is no longer live so could anyone give me a step by step fix for this or help in any way? tks
