Re: Course Records
I'm glad you appreciated the post, mwc0914, but I do question the accuracy of AI. The first time, it showed that the course record at Turnberry was 63 by Tom Watson at the 1977 Open Championship. When I did the query again today, it indicated that the record of 63 was shared by Watson and Jack Nickl...

Re: Course Records
For some reason, this is the kind of challenge I can't seem to resist. Anyway, per Microsoft AI: Ballybunion (Old Course) 63 (Gary McNeil, 1991) Cambrain (Cambrian?) Ridge 63 (Jason Bohn, 2001) Classic Club 63 (Jason Bohn, 2005) Close House - Colt Course 64 (Lee Westwood, year not indicated) Coeur d...
Re: FEDEX
Go to pgatour.com and click on FedexCup at the top if you want to see point projections based on each player's current BMW position.
Re: FEDEX
It's based on Fedex points, not position from the previous playoff event. Hidecki will probably retain his number 3 position for the Tour Championship, IF he can play in that event. If not, he will drop to number 30 but get all the future benefits of that position. He would not be replaced in the to...

Re: Beta testing
Glenn (and Linkster):  I played a round in practice mode, moved the ball around a lot, and am so happy with the changes to the rough. No more spin from shots that land on the green! I couldn't find any issues, except the "caddy" misclubbed a few times. When adjusting to the right ...

Re: ON THE BRIGHTER SIDE
I have, "on occasion," totally missed the third click in the classic swing and let it go entirely to the right. A true Gerald Ford moment...

Re: PGA WEBSITE
I was being a bit cheeky; sorry 'bout that.
Yeah, my interest in the site is much more limited than yours, and I agree that too many features disappear when a tournament is done.
That's my 1.5 cents (American.)

Re: PGA WEBSITE
Jimbo, are you referring to the fact you have to click on "Schedule" at the top and then scroll down and change the "View" dropdown from "Upcoming" to "Completed?" Maybe it's routine to me because I do it so much to get pin placements after a tournament is com...

Re: Real Tournaments 2025
I assume the issues with the 2024 season keep me from being able to check it out. I couldn't download the Stone Canyon (2003) course because its download has been suspended, and there are probably other courses I need that are not in my current course file (I only have a limited number of actual PGA...
