Sage, I do not know a magic way to manipulate the edge of the seam inwards. With something like this I select blocks of sand texture in squares then use the uniform scale, something like this: scale faces.jpg This way the edges of the seam, between first cut and fairway, move uniformly. I don't know...

what is the difference from a seam blend and a "super long seam blend"?

Thanks for the kind offer, but I will just do my simple basic previews. (If I had permission to use the images in the yardage book it would have been quick and easy. Perhaps I shouldn't have asked )
