Sage, I had already added the LSPN Course Database record for Mammoth Dunes. And Handicaps don't usually get entered - we usually put Zeros for all of them. I should have read this closer. I went into this thinking that maybe there was a version of Congressional other than the US Open one that might be interesting. Wrong.
