Re: Specifications for new p/c build
Thanks for the replies. I know not to use integrated graphics, plus to use an Nvidia graphics card and I know there were other things to use/avoid, but can't remember what they were. So I will just do my best with Windows 11. I do know that using Windows 7 I was a lot better at Links! As soon as I c...

Specifications for new p/c build
Hello everyone. I got my current p/c built for me a few years ago running Windows 10 with both APCD and Links 2003 in mind. And after a few tweaks it always works fine! I got the build done by looking through the forums which gave advice on what graphics cards to use, plus the choice of motherboard ...

Re: Stewart Parker
Welcome back Stewart. I have ALL your courses on my hard drive and still play them regularly. Can't believe it's over 11 years since you last realeased one. I also can't believe that you just gave up for a number of years as you couldn't get Links to play any longer. I have had 2 p/c's built specifi...

Re: Jon Weinrieb - ??

And Quidnet is the course that really made Links ...

Sage,
I am stating the obvious, but have you got someone else who could have a look at it? You never know...

Re: Holes In One, Links & Real Life.
I'm replying to Morvio's hole in 1 at the 2nd at Quidnet note. The 2nd is 380 metres long... Hence my downloading the zip file! It's the 15th. Still looks good and Quidnet IS a fantastic course. I have written before that Jon Weinrieb was a wonderful course designer. Shame he stopped doing it. I won...
