OK Think problem sorted:-

(1) APCD doesn't like large textures above 1024 x 1024 pixels, and

(2) a dodgy seam blend file which caused a massive jump in file size - now corrected

AHA! When I go into a tiny bit of seam blending (i.e. seam blending tee 1 only) the file size jumps from 2.7MB to 23MB!!!! Well it's obviously a problem with file size, but I'm wondering if my version of APCD is caput. Have checked other files that work AOK and they're all under 15MB. Keep plodding!...

Have now got 4 courses lied up - Corfu, Chamonix, Hamptworth and Paultons - all are still missing items where Adobe used to fit the bill - Pano, Clubhouse, Hole Previews etc etc . Will continue experimenting!
