Nope... In Lutris, there is a section for dll overrides. (Right-click the game->runner options tab->scroll down to dll overrides). Just enter the following:

Hey, Wanted to add to the discussion... I also wanted to get Links 2003 running on my steam deck, but it kept crashing on startup (calling wma.dll). Before finding this thread, I was able to do it with an alternate method. Instead of manually installing wmp9 w/ winetricks, I just added a dll overrid...
