Re: NGLA and Coeur d'Alene
Oakmont is a great suggestion, but it is being used in my midwest region due to it being closer to Ohio than the east coast. Aha yeah I actually do similarly with some courses/regions in my own seasons when it fits better (mostly because I use four different courses in most tournaments). TPC River ...

Re: NGLA and Coeur d'Alene
Oh did someone mention course suggestions? Well you've already got the courses i consider essential on your list, except for Oakmont (the Scott Lewin "Beta" version). I also think Westchester and TPC River Highlands are worth considering. I would also say Oak Hill East (the latest beta) bu...

Re: NGLA and Coeur d'Alene
Doublecheck that you have the latest version of the course, I think some issues with one hole near water (probably 12th?) were fixed during beta or so.

Re: Is EA getting things right? - Links 2k3 Threat Alert !
Dont take my word for it because I have neither played them nor heard much about them lately, but I've read reviews and seen vids and such longer ago and the general consensus seemed to be that 2k21 was a lot better than 2k23, not sure if I remember why but I think mostly 2k23 is set up to make you ...

Re: Going crazy
When you say you tried a different file, was it a previous file of the same course or a completely different course? Otherwise that indeed sounds very mysterious if you have the same issue on two different computers on two different courses and no one else seems to have the same problem... No clue w...

Re: Going crazy
Do you suspect it might be due to a computer issue or something? Never heard of or experienced that specifically with APCD personally but who knows. If you dont think it is related to any particular APCD activity which is known to sometimes have crashes, it could also be course related I guess? Poss...

Re: Arcadia Bluffs
* Long grass off the fairway has some plantings that the ball clunks and bounces off. I toned down the grass density and dampening. I still want the grass to be somewhat unforgiving. I could be wrong (I havent tested the course), but it sounds like migolfer is saying that at least one grass object ...

Re: Getting custom 3D objects into the APCD
Thanks I will try to resort to that if I cant get it to work on my own end, but the problem is Im expecting to have to go through some trial and error of editing TGA > planting on a test course > checking it out in Links > repeat process a number of times before I get the TGAs looking good enough, b...
