Try putting ticks in the DPI setting for Links 2003. Right click on the Links start icon go to properties then compatibility you will see the change DPI change them and then look at the change DPI for all users and tick those boxes see if that works, it worked for me and for others I have helped in ...

If you can afford it Pancho upgrade your video card to at least a 3 series I think this will help you with your rendering. And get rid of the Voodoo you should not need it.

Try running Links as administrator, that can work sometimes. Some of the Tigercats players had a similar problem while running Ventrilo and the game together. Also look and see in the multiplayer setting in the game and untick sound compression if ticked. Hope this helps you. Good luck
