This course has three sets of tees at each hole and 6 each of 3,4,5, pars, many of his par 5's are well within birdie range and a few are well into eagle territory.
His tees, fairways, roughs and greens blend well together and his occasional use of color seems to fit quite well. He has kept a good assortment ( with appropriate undergrowth ) close to the fairways so a shot that goes astray will be difficult to hit out .
His cart path is well done, and the greens that are raised ( 2nd hole ) are a pleasant break from the norm.
Pictured above is the 6th hole par 3, 149y, which he calls his signature hole, is representative of the very attractive course he has designed. Unfortunately, all the beauty packed into this small download can't make up for the fact that this course lacks any imagination in the shaping of the holes. They are either straight or very easy doglegs. He tried to keep it interesting with some very imaginative elevations at the tees and from the fairways.
Very easy putting made this a haven for those looking for a birdie course; the bunkers, water, or other hazards never come close to being in play. Combine this with not large but the generous fairways and you I believe you will find this course not very challenging under the ideal conditions which I use to review.
The only unusual hole was #3, par 3, 164y, there is a wall 45y in front of the tee crossing the fairway but it doesn't show in the top view. I tried hitting it and I bounced off with a sound so it's there for a reason. The only one that comes to mind is that it may be a retaining wall for the unusually elevated green. You need a 5 iron not a 6 iron to reach the pin.
This was a very nice looking, well done, golf course that lacked any significant challenge., If the holes showed a little more imagination, and the hazards came into play he would have had a very worthwhile course. But as it stands, it is a small download of a good looking, playable course. Downloading it is up to you.
