Rolando Hills is based on a course I once played in Northern Kentucky where the entire front 9 were varying length par 4s. The back 9 are the normal mix of par 3s,4s, and 5s. Most tee shots are uphill and most of the short par 4s are driveable as most of the par 5s are reachable in two.
DO NOT PLAY WITH FAST GREENS because if you do, you'll never keep your ball on most of the greens. The heavily wooded course is one where your ball will be in the trees only if it goes horrifically wide as the trees are far enough away from the fairways generally.
