i have a vidio driver update waiting to d/l in my auto updates section nVidia - Display - NVIDIA GeForce 7050 / NVIDIA nForce 610i
Download size: 99.4 MB should i download this,will it effect links or anything else as everything working ok at present and just not sure whether to install this or not,any suggestions appreciated thx

I too have a driver update awaiting, I just right click and "hide update" The saying "If it aint broke" comes to mind, if Links runs fine I'd say leave it alone! Also, a better place to dload drivers is 3dguru.com, futhermore, it is recommended to uninstall old drivers 1st then install new ones. I'm running a 1yr old driver that works fine

If everything is working fine, I'm not sure I would mess with it. I know some people like to try out the latest, but the latest isn't always the greatest in the case of video drivers, especially in the case of Links.
Personally, if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Like a fool i installed this update and it made a right mess of my resolutions, a quick uninstall later everything is fine  So to quote a previous wise man "if it aint broke, dont try and fix it"....
